I expected this to be a Stihl chainsaw, however after ordering I started some research on the Blackcass entity I discovered they are not what they represent. I fried to cancel the order on the same day it was ordered by sending an email... See Moreto the email address on the conformation notice. I have received no response from Blackcass even though the item has not yet shipped. Their ads and payment methods along with auto response on the order all appear so authentic until you attempt to contact them. I notified PayPal in an attempt to prevent payment but their process apparently takes 60 days to complete. See Less”
