The City of Toledo has issued a water boil advisory for parts of Rosedale Avenue as a precaution to protect public health. The boil advisory went into effect on Feb. 23 at 12:57 p.m. According to the City, the advisory is in effect for the area bounded by: Rosedale Avenue from Monroe Street to S. Cove Blvd. to include Parkview Avenue from Monroe Street to Rosedale Avenue, Monroe Street from S. Cove Blvd. to 3533 Monroe Street including 1557 S.
