The Mohawk Valley Water Authority has issued a boil water advisory for a section of New Hartford, according to a posting on the authority's; The advisory is for the area of Kellogg Road (from Oxford Road to 37 Tibbits Road, including 161 Oxford Road) and Tibbitts Road (from Kellog Road to Oxford Road).
