The Morganton citizens are still under the boil water advisory on Sunday, September 29 and customers are asked to still conserve water while we continue filling the system. Therefore, when water service is restored consumers are advised to boil all water used for human consumption. Out of an abundance of caution, Valdese is also under a boil water advisory.
