Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority has lifted the boil water advisory issued March 24 for East End neighborhoods. All customers impacted by the advisory can resume normal use of water, according to the PWSA. They include portions of Central Lawrenceville, East Liberty, Garfield, Highland Park, Morningside, Stanton Heights and Upper Lawrenceville.
