A precautionary boil water advisory has been issued for Arbors subdivision service area residents. On March 13, Winter Springs Public Works and Utilities were notified of a water main break in the 400 block of Lancers Drive just after 5 a.m. Utility crews with the City of Winter Springs were able to fix the broken water main and restore water to the area just before noon. Due to service interruption, a "Precautionary Boil Water Notice" has been issued to 135 homes in the service area.
