Streets effected are: Tanglewood Dr., Eskew Circle, Forest Hill Dr., Barnard E Bee St., Beauregard Ave., Bedford Forest Ave., Jeb Stewart Ave., Joe Wheeler Dr., Belvedere Shopping Center, Anderson Mall, E.
