Butler will be having a planned city-wide water outage Wednesday followed by a boil water advisory, the city said in a release. The outage is set to last from 10 p.m. Wednesday until 4 a.m. Thursday. After the outage, Butler will be under a boil water advisory until further notice, the release said.
