A City of Elkins Water Department crew inspects a broken water main situation near 13th Street and South Henry Avenue in Elkins Thursday afternoon. While repairs are underway, water will be off to customers on sections of Cole Avenue, 13th Street, 15th Street, South Henry Avenue and South Kerens Avenue.
