I too ordered the battery powered wood cutter and only received the portable chain. I replied to the shipping order and was informed NOT to return it, very expensive since came from China. I then ordered what I thought was the STIHL chainsaw for $89.99 and was sent a very shabby 3 inch saw, a F.Easy.D product what had not guard, only 3 inch blade. I have been disputing this and get only "canned" responses from some one or another from China saying what I ordered was what I got. BS. I cannot get a response out of blackcass.com. No contact information. This is total fraud. I have filed complaints with IC3.gov and the consumer protection agency. This is not right. Fortunately I have contacted my credit card company (Discover) and have disputed the charges and they are investigating. From reading these reviews, I feel relieved that I'm not crazy.
