I ordered a battery-operated chain saw and received a chain with two "handles" attached to it. The chain saw never arrived and when I tried to contact the company, I got an automated voice message trying to sell me a medical alert device. This company and their products are a total scam.. Buyer beware! Do NOT order a 2020 GTA26 Battery Operated Wood Cutter from Blackcase.com or you will become one of their scam victims also.
