I ordered a garden cart on June 23rd. On August 7th I received an email(after numerous inquiries on my part) that this item was "accidently lost" with an offer to have it resent. I declined the offer and requested to have my money returned to me. I have not heard from the company since that time despite sending them daily emails asking for an update on returning the funds.
