Ordered through a link on Facebook. Never received my order, they said this has never happened before, as tracking says delivered. Fake company, complete scam

I've just ordered this morning, I tried to stop the payment with the bank, and will submit the disbute form to the bank.
After making a purchase, more than two months later I never received it

And they are still in business. Huntington bank was no help in getting an answer. So I suppose they are in cahoots with the london criminals.
