On 2/11/2025, I placed an order for $67.19 which whom I thought was BigLots. I never received my merchandise, yet the funds were immediately taken from my card. I did receive and email stating they received money, thank you and basically items were being prepared to ship. Shortly after that I started receiving emails 3-6x a day asking if I had issues with my transaction as it looked like my products had not been paid for. I replied and immediately received an email back saying it was unable to send. It did this every time I tried to reply. I tried calling customer service and the phone number is no longer in service. Basically at this point I know I’ve been scammed out of my money!What can be done about this? What are steps in order to get my money refunded?
