I went online to a bed bath and beyond closing sale. I thought I was legit. Almost always I don’t go buying stuff online unless it’s from Amazon or Walmart that it because I know there are scammers out there, but when I saw this being advertised on my instagram constantly and knowing the store was closing, after seeing it a few times I decided that I wanted to order something for my son. It was a benzi inflatable bounce house and water slide, I was still iffy about it because of the price but I saw all other these people buying it and I wanted to get it before time ran out. So I did. The page failed and tried to charge my twice but I made sure it didn’t. Then the payment finally went through. It told me it would be here within two weeks. I had an order number but no valid tracking number. I constantly email the sender because that was the only point of contact and I was just being told to be patient and the las few times I was told my package was delivered 5 DAYS AGO!! I didn’t not receive anything. Then all thy kept telling me was to call my local post office and I did and the number for tracking didn’t exist. I was so made I sent email after email and they just kept saying I’ll give you 30% back or 20% back and I told them I wanted my full refund. They refused. Then when I thought about it. I had a suspicious $100 charge from Apple that got reported to fraud and I did tell them it was not me and I had to get a new card because then I thought that maybe that was them. The website for the closing sale no longer exists either. Just a bunch of scammers. Don’t do. Trust your gut when it tells you something. I didn’t follow mine because I really wanted to give my son something cool. Just don’t do it. Here’s the funky email that is apart of that closing sale. customersupport4@build2shop.com
