I was told my package was delivered, but not to me or my address. There is no way of getting ahold of this company and PayPal said the sender delivered it but can't tell me at what address. I'm out 50$.. this is BS.

I received a ring from sender Carlson Sweden 285 Raritan Center PKWY Astoria, NJ 08837 it contained a ring I did not order with a pamphlet for a GRA Moissanite and a card with a QRC code. I googled and everything says it's a phishing scam.
