In may 2023 I ordered a facial Botox serum on Facebook. Beaququeen claims it was from America 🇺🇸 it was claimed it gets rid of wrinkles (🤣) I believe it hook line and sinker. Really it came from China I saw the shipping posts. I looked on my credit card they had overcharged me for the item.I contact them they wrote right back gave me so sorry and gave credit.
Ok so I wrote back told them I will not keep item please give me return address so I can get a refund. They wrote back with comments oh we so sorry give it time. I got no address! After multiple emails begging for my return address, which they completely ignored the product came in the mail…I refused and sent back the product.
I emailed Beaqequeen AGAIN and let them know I shipped product back the said:
So sorry no refund u sent to wrong address!! WHAT?? It is now disputed on my credit card. They are crooks and have low ratings on the scam alerts ‼️
Worst company ever to deal with. Completely ignored my request to send back product. After 5x asking for address I just sent it back to address on package they said I get no refund cause wrong address. What a crock of crap. What a waste!
