my credit card they had overcharged me for the item.
I contact them they wrote right back gave me so sorry and gave credit.

Ok so I wrote back told them I will not keep item please give me return address so I can get a refund. They wrote back with comments oh we so sorry give it time. I got no address! After multiple emails begging for my return address, which they completely ignored the product came in the mail…I refused and sent back the product.

I emailed Beaqequeen AGAIN and let them know I shipped product back the said:
So sorry no refund u sent to wrong address!! WHAT?? It is now disputed on my credit card. They are crooks and have low ratings on the scam alerts ‼️

Worst company ever to deal with. Completely ignored my request to send back product. After 5x asking for address I just sent it back to address on package they said I get no refund cause wrong address. What a crock of crap. What a waste!

Ordered nothing Got a mossenite ring No bill. The law used to be if you are sent something completely unsolicited you can keep it, and I Am.

I also ordered clothes but got moissenite ( supposedly) ring, complete with price tag $ 180! Clothes never came.

Ordered from an ad on facebook by in February, 2023 & thought the store was local, but it was not. Had to go back & forth with them through emails to even get them to acknowledge that I made the order, they took the amount from my … See More
bank account. So now they are stating that it was delivered to my home, which is has not been. The company is in China & put ads on FB as they are from Kohls so don't buy anything from them, they are frauds.
