basingrade is just one of their fake names !!its but its a part of meledo company as what i found out so far truly i dont care about the 50 dollars its the point of these people getting away with it if i lived within a couple of day travel i would go there and (say hi to everyone in that office ) if you work there your part of the scam and you would get what you deserve ! I blame facebook market place for letting them be a sponsor without checking them out and letting scammers put there ads up . all face book cares about is making there money !!! as a consumers we need to take control because the authorities do nothing

i got scammed by them too. i ordered a cat tree from their zonibro.com site that i found through glutbakes. it was suppose to arrive a few days ago and no one ever got back to me via phone, emial, or glutbakes fabebook page. track718 said the package was delivered, and i was home, and never got anything. i am trying to get my money back. should have known it was too good to be true
I also got the same problem. Ordered a Cat Tree and never arrived. Took payment and refused to refund money.

send them this, and see if it helps. reword it to fit your case. it's what i sent, and def contact your bank, and report them as a scam. my bank says it takes about 90 days, but they are looking into it. i did get my money back. best of luck, and keep me informed please! : I already know your a scam, and I have contacted my bank you let them know. You used the same address as - https://safelyhq.com/incident/basingrade-scammers-372-southampton-row-london-uk#login I've turned you in. I want my money back. Post office said no package was ever in their system to begin with. I'm also putting a freeze on my bank account, and putting the word out there on what glutbakes and zonibro is. I work for my money.ba \ Maybe you should try it sometime rather than ripping people off.
I would suggest that any contact with the company in question a) be in writing, b) have a copy saved by you, c) have everything spelled correctly (no "your" for "you're," "there" for "their," "to" for either "too" or "two," etc.), as the best spelling makes them think you know what you're talking about, instead of some backwoods idjit. You will get more attention, and have a better chance at getting your money back, that way.

sorry for the typo's but i did contact them. they are def. fake. they have so many pages on facebook, now. i got my money back after i sent them my email. it's sad all the people who think they are true website, but literally, if you check the actual contact information, most of them all go back to moledo from what i am seeing on my facebook wall.
bevnous.com is another of their sites too.
