I don’t know where they are from the writing looks Chinese but I am getting email responses in English. I paid in full for a tent, pump, fan and two cots. They said it was delivered it was not. They said they would resend with a 10% discount and I was nus Ordered tent, fan, two cots and air pump. Paid in full. They sent me an email saying it was delivered, it was not. They said they would send replacement with a 10% discount. They told me this morning that replacement is lost per the shipper and they would offer me a 40% refund to go buy my stuff elsewhere?? What happened to a 100% refund? I never received any products.
