Exactly what happened in Bordeaux for this person:
I ordered clothes and pots and pans but never received them. My account was instantly debited for the purchase amount and I received informational emails as if the transaction was reliable. For a month, I was able to follow a false itinerary for the package, which ended up informing me that it had been delivered. When I wanted to report non-reception, the site was closed. There is no contact number. Now they are answering me by email telling me that they can send again free of charge it will take 1 month or refund possible but I don't want to give them my account number! What to do Otherwise report this scam...
