I recieved an item I did not order, ear muffs.This was from online seller.

Please advise asap and how to return it.

What did you order recently that you haven’t received? I ordered a laser engraver in December from coatelite.com. They sent me an email with a Chinese tracking number. One day in January I received a pair of cheap earmuffs from “online seller” with a USPS tracking number. I went to China post website to check tracking on the Chinese tracking number, then went to USPS.com to check the tracking number on earmuffs. They both show delivery to my mailbox on the same date and time, so I sent coatelite an email asking where my engraver was I filed a dispute at the bank. Coatelite refunded my money. So think about if there is anything you may have ordered that hasn’t shown up yet, it very well may be the same situation.
SCAM. Check your bank statement for suspicious charge, call your Visa card/bank and report it as fraud. They will investigate and reverse the charges. It's either "brushing" (look it up), or maybe you ordered one of those phony "Amazon Pallets," or another fraudulent business' product.
