I ordered battery powered wood cutter, got a chain with a ring on each end. My fiance says that the thing is called a gourat (dont know if that is spelled right) It is illegal. It is used for killing people via slicing the neck. Have been emailing back and forth with 04postmaster I believe of PAYPAL and am getting no where. Just want my money back.
