Amphitrite Technologies Scam for Battery-Powered Wood Cutter, San Antonio, Texas, USA

I ordered and paid for a Battery-Powered Wood Cutter from an ad that came up repeatedly on Facebook. Received a small wire with key rings on either end, and seller said I only ordered the ‘chain accessories’. This is a bait and switch, as the hand-operated chain with loops on either end was supposed to be a “free gift with purchase”. Disputing matter with PayPal, but receipt clearly states “Battery-Powered Wood Cutter”, and will dispute charge on Discover if PayPal doesn’t refund my money.
