Yes, I also order the BATTERY POWERED CHAINSAW and received the chain with rings. I have reported to Paypal..... I even have an invoice that states I paid for the Battery Powered Chainsaw!! They want to refund me minus the shipping of course! I just want the chainsaw I ordered!!!!!!!!! Very dishonest !! Liars and cheats!!
