I reached out to my state agency for agriculture and this is what i was told: The current policy is as follows - Do not open or plant the seeds. - If you have opened the package place the seeds back in the original packaging. - You can dispose of the unknown seeds in the trash as long as you have wrapped the package in several layers of duct tape.
