We are seeing a resurgence in these kinds of scams, which tend to happen when the weather gets nicer. The current policy is as follows
- Do not open or plant the seeds.
- If you have opened the package place the seeds back in the original packaging.
- You can dispose of the unknown seeds in the trash as long as you have wrapped the package in several layers of duct tape.
