I received a ring which I didn't order from global gemological research academy.I ordered clothes from a company calling themselves Sheni-US.Have text them to ask what is going on but have been told there is nothing they can do.It!s a scam.

I am in dispute with SHENI for goods paid in full & never received.SHENI will not reimburse the full amount & insists the customer pay the delivery charge despite no delivery.

I think I have fallen foul of this company too. Even though I have had lots of contact and following the 'shipping' nothing has arrived and I have not been able to get a decent response from them. Tracking says it has been delivered but have no idea who is in Australia was handling it (if it exists).
Same here, in the tracking its written delivered and signed for but not from me and never received anything. I keep sending them emails and no answer. Really pissed what can we do?
Same happened to me wanted me to pay shipping costs again I didn't but never got a penny back
