Ordered 10 puzzles at 4.99 each and was sent some random scarf. What can I do to get my money back ?

I ordered some puzzles too and got this scarf. I ordered through paypal and will ask for my money back.
I ordered puzzle as well. Called credit card and had my money credited back to my account. Call your credit card company and report the fraud!
Same as above. Ordered puzzles and got an ugly scarf. What a sham.
