I ordered 2 weekender bags supposidly from HSN which I thought was Home Shopping Network. Paid $51.98, Tracking showed delivered. What was delivered was the small envelope with yellow circle smiley face with a little ring to attach it from Mark Cadicamo. The tracking info was a long list of previous Chinese destinations.

That sounds like what happened to me. Call your credit card company and dispute the charge.
