I ordered 2 items and tried to email them but it was a bogus email. This company (if that's what you call it) is a total scam and I want to return and get my money back.

Yes. I found this out, too. I am now having to dispute the charges through Paypal. I think they are operating out of China, even though their website says U.S. Dispute the charges and write a review on their product info warning others not to purchase from them. Good luck.
