This company is a total scam. It is not Amazon as it says. Exceptionm.com is a scam! That's just one of their scam company names! Even though their website says they will refund, they refuse to do so!

Yes. I ordered product, too. I am now having to dispute the charges through Paypal. I think they are operating out of China, even though their website says U.S. Dispute the charges with your credit card or through Paypal, and write a review on their product info warning others not to purchase from them.
