I got a package in the mail I didn't order of a fluffy Reindeer hat in a plastic package without any receipt inside it. The package is marked USPS First Class PKG. The address is from Online Seller Online Seller 1555N. Chrisman Road, Tracey Ca. 925304.I'm not sure what to do or how to go about returning without paying return ship costs ? I DID NOT ORDER this item. Do I I put return to sender and take it to post office mail box? What kind of scam sends out random stuff ? So odd???I'm in Southern California
