It is a scam same thing here but I was waiting on a human dog bed. Tracked the pkg all the way from China. I will never do this again. It comes from China then they put another label over it. You are SOL but if you did order something contact your cc company they are aware of this scam and credited me back immediately so sorry you were a victim of this.

I too was waiting on the human dog bed and got freaking earmuffs! I'm so pissed!!!
I ordered a human dog bed too and got this pen! Lesson learned. Never again.
