It is a scam same thing here but I was waiting on a human dog bed. Tracked the pkg all the way from China. I will never do this again. It comes from China then they put another label over it. You are SOL but if you did order something contact your cc company they are aware of this scam and credited me back immediately so sorry you were a victim of this.

Make sure you didn't order something else that this pen is being sent in place of. This was from Hong Kong online dept store. I'm glad I found this chat but feel your disappointment.
