I just spoke with Juliette at the number on the bottles. She said this was my trial and after 14 days my subscription would start. $148.99 for one, and 139.14 for the other MONTHLY. She had my email, phone and debit card number. She told me she would cancel my subscription. I'm still notifying my bank.

I just called the number on the back of the bottles. After being on hold for 5 minutes, I was finally able to speak to someone. They had my name, my address, phone number and my debit card number. After getting everything canceled, I asked what the companies name was that had my information. The woman stated she could not give me that information. I asked how they received this and she hung up on me.

I rec. my "order" this past weekend and when I called the number on the bottles Karla stated that I clicked on an ad somewhere and signed up for a free 14 day trial of the product. She assured me that the order was cancelled and I will not get charged for anything. I have have her name and ID # to reference back on if I do. So irritating!!

Got the same two bottles in the mail… I called the number on the back of the back of the bottles and they basically had all my info and said I was on a subscription.. I told them I never ordered these bottles and I wanted it cancelled then the person on the phone tried to sell them to me until I literally yelled I NEVER ORDERED THESE AND I DONT WANT THEM… I don’t know what type of scam they’re running but I got the subscription cancelled. Will definitely be checking with my bank to see if any charges come up.

This company is a scam! I just received two items (2 Keto supplement bottles) in the mail that I did not order. I called the number ((833) 387-1866) that was on the back of them, and I reached two different "customer service" representatives. They would not remove my information from their database unless I provided more information (which I refused as I was concerned they were trying to get more information from me). I tried speaking to a manager, but they said they didn't have one. I also asked if they could verify if they were Slim Detox (the company), and they said they were a third-party call center that works for them and that they did not have a number to reach Slim Detox. So I asked if they could provide me with their company name (the third-party call center), and they refused to tell me. Somehow the company got all my name, address, and financial information for their products. I never placed an order. I got the same stuff in the mail today as well and never heard of this company .They better not send me more or I will talk with my credit card company.I better not see any more charges from this company on my credit card statement .I received the exact same thing as what the others ordered.

I'm in the same situation as everyone else, I just received them in the mail and I haven't ordered anything, I don't trust any pills of this kind, I hope they won't carry anything for me, and if I do fight it to the end.

Received an unordered package today containing these 2 bottles as well. Called and canceled any future shipments and canceled my CC. scammers suck!!!

I just got some in the mail today....called the number someone posted above. They said they'd cancel and send an email within a day or two. So, we shall see.,,,,,I am furious also, called my credit cards and my bank already. So far no charges.........who needs the hassle?
