T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) & (6) The employer has not established and implemented effective methods to address the hazard posed by COVID-19 in the following ways: a) The employer does not have effective procedures to routinely clean and disinfect commonly touched objects and surfaces. Employees have observed cleaning logs for restrooms that were not completed for up to one entire week. b) The employer does not have a procedure in place for screening employees for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. 2. T8 CCR 5142(a)(2) The HVAC system in the Dean's Suite, Department of Kinesiology, and Credential Student Service Center departments are not operated continuously during working hours.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
