Employees were not quarantined; they were forced to come to work when they were exhibiting symptoms of the virus. The employer has not allowed the employees to clean and disinfect commonly touched surfaces within the COVID-19 positive patient rooms for months. There was a shortage of face covers on January 19, 2021; and, employees had to care for patients without respiratory protection. 2. Employees, who provided care to COVID-19 patients, were not fit tested to wear a respirator. There is no cleaning policy in place instructing them how to clean and care for their respirator.
