The employer requires employees to sit in pods that are 3' away from another employee who is actively talking on the phone for work. Employees are worried about having COVID-19 spread in the workplace. The employer does not follow current CDC guidelines to require employees who test
positive for COVID-19 to quarantine. Employees are required to get tested and return to work regardless of their signs and symptoms continuing to be present.
