Utility crews have been able to cut down on reported outages Friday afternoon, reducing the total in West Virginia from about 3,800 customer outages to about 2,200 as of about 12:15 p.m. A significant portion of those outages – 695 – have been reported in Roane County. Kanawha County follows with about 490. There are about 220 customer outages in Boone County, followed by 137 in Mingo and 111 in Logan County.

HUGE theft issue at that location. This is why UPS and FedEx are both doing a bang up business. Meanwhile, the state and federal governments expect us to have trust when we use absentee ballots for elections. What a total joke.
