It was reported that crowds of up to 15 people are at gaming tables and not wearing face coverings. Employees are positive with COVID-19 and allowed to return to work without a quarantine or a negative test. The employer has not conducted contact tracing to determine other possible COVID-19 positive employees. The employer has car giveaways and holiday parties with live shows without following the CDC guidelines such as crowd capacity restrictions. Employees are exposed to COVID-19.
