1. An employee was feeling sick and did not notify the employer and kept coming into work. The employee received test results for COVID-19, but did not view the results for two days and had been working on the line with other employees. When it was found that the employee was positive for the virus, the supervisor notified Human Resources. Most people that had been in contact with the individual were notified, but some on the line were not contacted. There is concern that the employer is keeping the issue quiet among the employees. 2. Some employees that may have been exposed to the individual found to be positive for COVID-19 were quarantined away from work, without pay, and others were not quarantined at all. 3. Employees eat together in the break room, closely without wearing face masks. 4. Equipment is not being wiped down/sanitized. 5. Employees wear the same gloves for long periods of time and do not change them out.2 weeks ago •reported by user-rttc3191
