HAZARD DESCRIPTION: 1. The company has not aligned its attendance policy with the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control, meaning there is no policy for employees to stay home if they are sick. Employees are still disciplined for excessive use of sick leave. 2. No personal protective equipment such as dust masks or other safeguards have been provided to employees who must enter the homes of customers and maintain a relatively close contact during the visit.
