An employee who was under quarantine orders from their doctor entered the building for a staff training. The employee had been tested for Covid the previous day and was told to quarantine by the health department until receiving results from the test. The employee knowingly violated the quarantine to attend the training without results from the covid test. The employee's immediate supervisor knew the employee was supposed to be under quarantine and did not turn the employee away upon entering the building. The employee was exposed to staff members and openly told others that the employee was supposed to be under quarantine but violated it to attend the training.

Lighter smoke set. This lighter was suppose to be a rechargeable plasma lighter. It is not it is a very dangerous butane refilled lighter that shoots flams a foot high or more. Again I say this is a very dangerous lighter capable of severely burning people and catching something on fire
