On 06/13/20 evening we decided to dine out on last day of vacation here with our grand kids . We check in and got seated after 5 minutes very impressed . Once we were seated on the back side avery nice sun roomn feature we were taken
by surprise when a look like a 3 to 4 kid started urinating right in front of window. We notified our waitress immediately and asked to speak to.manager for action to be taken. Manager said she not witness it but we told her waitress did. They approached the people with child and of course denied it. With 6 witnesses and they still denying it. Management should have been more proactive in this customer service and disgusting issue. Is our society coming to this that we cannot teach our children to go to restroom .i am truly disgusted by these people who raise their kids like that .and play the card that i dont undestand why you say i no not me ..
