the cooks are hungry they take their masks off and eat in the area that they are preparing food. The wait staff and dishwashers also take their masks off in the back of the house. The waiters take food off of the plate of the guest as they are taking the food to them at their tables before leaving the back of the house. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governors COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees being required to report to work after an employee notifies management that they do not feel well and are experiencing symptoms of the COVID-19 virus. On Wednesday, September 9 and employee called to notify the employer they could not report to work because they were feeling ill, the employer made the employee report to work so that he could assist with providing breaks to the cooks. After providing breaks the employee was allowed to go home. The employee took a COVID-19 test, and the test came back positive. The employee potentially exposed both coworkers and the public to the COVID-19 virus. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governors COVID-19 mandate in regard to conducting inhouse contract tracing when an employee reports that they have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
