Employees are exposed to possible COVID-19 illness in that employees in the workers compensation billing department were exposed to co-workers with COVID-19 illness and they have not been mandated to stay home and isolate. Contrary to the OSH ACt of 1970, General Duty Clause 5(a)(1).
