1. Face mask and barriers not in use and policy not enforced by management. All employees at this location do not wear mask. There are between 200-250 employees. 2. A new trainee was exposed to COVID19 positive case and is in quarantine. Neither the trainee nor the
trainer wore a mask nor followed distancing guidelines, and the trainer is still working without a mask. 3. Barriers that were erected to minimize contact have been moved or eliminated. 4. The order from the corporate office is that no-one is to be punished for not wearing a mask or not following COVID guidelines.
