1.The employer's infection control program is not adequate as they are not ensuring that employees who have job tasks that require them to interact with truck drivers, dock workers and general employees, wear facial coverings at all times when they distribute mail throughout the facility.

During the tour 3 shift (5:00 PM), many employees do not wear masks while speaking in groups and speaking with each other over equipment. Not wearing masks could result in the potential transmission of Covid-19.
