does not thoroughly clean and disinfect immediate work areas and equipment used by potentially infected personnel.

Alleged hazard: On July 03, 2020, the electrical power was out. Employees were told to work in O30 area which had skylights. Employees had to use their cell phones to be able to see to get to the work area. Employees were exposed to tripping hazards. Findings:
During the inspection and through employee interviews, it was found that there was a power outage on or about July 3, 2020 and some employees did work in the O30 area. Employees were not aware of tripping hazards that were not able to be seen. NO CITATION ISSUED. Alleged hazard: In the past three to four weeks there have been several employees that tested positive for COVID-19. Employees working with the employees that tested positive have not been tested nor quarantined. Findings: During the inspection and through employee interviews, it was found that there were employees that tested positive for COVID-19. The employer did have a contact tracing program and notified employees as needed. NO CITATION ISSUED. Alleged hazard: Social distancing is not being practiced nor enforced while employees are performing their normal job duties. Maintenance employees have moved equipment together when they needed to work on it and employees are taking mail from equipment while other employees are operating it. Findings: During the inspection and through employee interviews, it was found that the employer installed some barriers on machines when employees could not work 6 feet apart. Employees were to wear masks when working near other employees and did have access to additional masks as needed. NO CITATION ISSUED. Alleged hazard: Throughout the facility, face coverings and masks are not being worn and it's not enforced that employees wear them. Findings: During the inspection, it was found that masks were provided for employees. Through employee interviews, it was found employees were to wear masks when working near other employees and did have access to additional masks as needed. NO CITATION ISSUED. Alleged hazard: Equipment is not being thoroughly cleaned when operators change during a shift. Findings: During the inspection, it was found that cleaning supplies were provided and the maintenance department would perform routine cleaning. Through employee interviews, it was found that employees were aware that high touch areas were cleaned by maintenance and employees did have access to the cleaning supplies to wipe down their work area. NO CITATION ISSUED.
